Funds available for small businesses impacted by construction at 3368 Washington Street
Pine Street Inn and The Community Builders (TCB) began construction in January on an important new development at 3368 Washington Street, Jamaica Plain, just outside our Main Street district.
The project will create 62 affordable rental apartments for moderate income households, 140 rental apartments for formerly homeless individuals, and offices for Pine Street Inn staff who will provide their client tenants with supportive services.
Egleston Square Main Street is partnering with TCB to administer a $40,000 construction mitigation fund and support small businesses to access it until the fund has run out.
