Hot Jazz, Cool Neighborhood
celebrating 20 years of work in our neighborhood

a benefit for
Egleston Square Main Street

with High Key People

Tuesday, May 16th (new date) * 6pm – 8pm

The Gate Bar & Restaurant | 3171 Washington Street | Jamaica Plain $10 Suggested donation at door | No one turned away due to lack of funds

Join us for annual fundraiser focusing on the coolness of our neighborhood and the wonderfully creative people who live, work and play here. Proceeds go towards supporting Egleston Square Main Street’s work to build our community, strengthen our business district and revitalize our public spaces. We also will recognize and celebrate our 20th year of incorporation!

The evening serves as a Welcome to Paul Byrne and the opening of Egleston’s newest eatery, The Gate. “Paulie” is slowly making his way around Jamaica Plain as his history includes a long stint at the Brendan Behan in Hyde Square followed by his much lauded co-ownership experience at James Gate down at CentreSouth. The Gate will offer a classic pub-style menu with traditional Irish dishes, along with a creative and unique twist on pub favorites in a beautifully rustic decor. Welcome to Egleston Paulie!

The evening will include:

• The awarding of our Annual Community Builder Award. This years recipients are a surprise! (They don’t even know it!) So come and see who it will be.

• An exciting raffle and live auction for some great items.

Live Auction for an evening of dinner in Harvard Square and seats to the American Repertory Theater’s production of Arrabal!

• Wonderful music from Egleston based High Key People
